Inc. provide?
Over the past 18 years, IAS, Inc. has provided comprehensive investigative and claim management services to the insurance and legal communities. Through the integration of information technology, with professional investigative, medical and claim management experience, we provide a full array of services that include a number of public record searches, background investigations and claim investigative services that will complement the strategies you already have in place. Who uses IAS, Inc. ?
Our clients are typically from the insurance and legal
communities; however, our services are available and
prove helpful to a wide variety of industries, as well
as to the general public.
How does your system work?
Members submit requests for information via this website,
fax or phone. All assignments are acknowledged and results
of your search request and/or our investigative reports
can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the client.
How long does it take
to get reports back?
Response times vary depending on the extent of the assignment
and/or individual state time restrictions; however,
rush assignments are welcome and we are always committed
to getting you the information you require in a timely
manner.
Where do you get your
information?
Integrated Adjustment Services, Inc. uses all available resources, including but not limited to government repositories, local courthouses and proprietary databases, to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information available. IAS, Inc. always uses ethical practices in the obtaining of information and adheres to all compliance regulations pursuant with the Grahm Leach Bliley Act, and guidelines defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Driver’s Privacy Protection Act.
How do I access the information?
If you are an IAS, Inc. subscriber, you will be provided with a username and password for this site. You login to make assignment requests and resulting reports can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed; however you request.
Is there
any cost involved in joining your service?
No, there are no setup or monthly access fees. After
you become a member, you are charged only for the services
that you use.
How am I billed?
Business/Corporate subsribers will receive an invoice that accompanies their search results and/or reports. Payment is due upon receipt. Large volume accounts can also apply for monthly invoicing. Individual Consumers will receive an e-mail after receipt and review of their assignment, with instructions on how to pay using Paypal.
