CRIMINAL
RECORDS DATA BASE SEARCH
With an individual's name and/or social security number,
we will search Department of Correction data bases in
the state requested to develop felony conviction records
that may include the subject's full name and possible
aliases, address, physical description, age, date of
birth and social security number, charges, convictions
and sentences. This search is presently available in
the following states: Arkansas,Connecticut, DC, Florida,
Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana,Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky,
Maine, Michigan, Minnesota,Mississippi, Missouri, Montana,
Nevada, Nebraska, New Hampshire *, New Jersey, New York,
North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania,
South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Utah, Washington,
Wisconsin. (* Search available by name only)
CRIMINAL RECORDS BY COUNTY:

10 Year Record Search
With an individual's name, date of birth, and social
security number we will conduct an on-site county court
search of records in the requested county of a given
state in an effort to develop information that may include
the name of the defendant,physical description, and
criminal record including arrest date, arresting agency,
case number, charges and disposition. (Available in
most counties)
STATEWIDE CRIMINAL RECORDS:
With an individual's name, date of birth, and social
security number we will conduct an on site search of
criminal records in the requested state's seven year
central criminal repository, which usually consists
of Upper Level Felony cases, such as grand theft, rape,
and murder. Information developed may include the name
of the defendant, physical description, arrest date,
arresting agency, case number, charges and disposition.
This search is presently available in Alabama, Arkansas,
Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii,
Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine,
Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana,
Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North
Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania,
Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington,
Washington DC & Wisconsin. (Some states require
a signed release.)
COMPREHENSIVE CRIMINAL
RECORDS SEARCH:
With an individual's name, date of birth and social
security number, a comprehensive search of criminal
convictions for the county in which the subject resides,
plus up to four surrounding counties, some of which
may be out of state will be conducted. The type of cases
developed may include such felony convictions as grand
theft, rape and murder, as well as such misdemeanor
convictions as trespassing, DUI, possession of a controlled
substance and petty theft. This search is presently
available in most metropolitan areas. For example, a
Comprehensive Criminal Search for an individual that
lives in Philadelphia, Pa., would include Philadelphia,
Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County
in Pennsylvania, and Camden County, New Jersey. |
