Following is an outline of the information we will provide to help you decide whether it will be cost effective to pursue or continue pursuit of your subrogation claim:
Age, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Marital Status & Potential Resident Relatives.
PRESENT ADDRESS: The subject's present address will be verified for accuracy.

PHONE LISTING: We will provide a list of phone numbers developed for the subject.

PRIOR ADDRESS: A prior address history for the subject will also be provided.

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP RECORD: Deed and grantee/grantor searches will be conducted to identify properties owned by the subject.

VOTER REGISTRATION: Searches with Voter Registration Offices in the following states may prove helpful in developing the subjects full name, address, date of birth and social security number: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut,Delaware, Washington DC, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah & Wisconsin.

DOCUMENTED VESSELS & VEHICLE REGISTRATION: FAA Pilot licenses, aircraft and/or water craft registrations will be identified along with vehicle registered in Florida, Idaho, Main Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas & Wisconsin. Vehicle Registration information is available in other states for an additional fee (See DMV Price List Link)

DRIVERS LICENSE SEARCH: DMV Searches will reveal record of operator licenses registered in the state of Florida, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, West Virginia & Wisconsin. Operator License Searches are available in other states for an additional fee (See DMV Price List Link)

BANKRUPTCIES, JUDGMENTS & LIENS: An outline of all bankruptcy, judgment and lien filings developed under the subject's name will be provided.

UCC FILINGS: State, as well as local UCC records will be checked to determine if there are any filings under the subject's name.

EMPLOYMENT: Trade sources will be searched for employment information. Corporate and State License Searches will also be conducted to identify potential Corporate Affiliations and/or Professional Licenses found to be filed under the subject's name.

NEIGHBORHOOD CANVASS: A neighborhood canvass will be conducted to confirm residency for the subject, identify other potential residents of the household, develop a description of their residence and to provide an estimate of the properties fair market value and neighborhood's income bracket. A listing of neighbors, their names and phone numbers is also available if needed.

OVERALL IMPRESSIONS: Based on the information developed through data base searches, in-depth follow up investigation and verification, we will provide our assessment, as to whether there are viable assets to pursue. If requested, direct contact will also be made with the subject to determine if there is a willingness to make voluntary restitution. In those cases where direct contact is not made, a Restitution Intent Letter can be sent.

SKIP TRACE: If it is determined that the subject moved from the address provided with the search request, a Skip Trace Search can be conducted at an additional cost of $30 to determine the subject's current whereabouts.

MORTGAGE/EQUITY EVALUATIONS: are available at an additional cost of $50.00 to identify mortgages on the property and determine the subject's net equity in the property.
