With the name, address, date of birth and/or social security number of a claimant a Background Records Medical Records Search can be conducted. We will geographically identify area hospitals and search their data bases to determine any prior and/or subsequent treatment on the part of the claimant. We will then prepare a comprehensive report that provides the following:

* Names and addresses of each hospital searched;
* Dates of treatment, if any;
* An explanation of treatment: In or out-patient,
* Patient ID and or Account # information,
* Dates that services were searched back to.

The information developed through the Medical Records Search can then be used to secure records with an authorization or subpoena.
