  BACKGROUND ACTIVITY PROFILE ..................................................................................................................................................

A Background Activity Profile that delves beyond the public records arena is an important component to a well investigated file. IAS Insurance Claim Investigations offer the following profiles that are essential to a well investigated case:

Comprehensive Background Activity Profile:

This activity profile is recommended on all litigation cases, and bodily injury claims. Following is an outline of the information we can provide:

Age, Date Of Birth, Social Security # & Place Of Birth :
We will develop and/or confirm the subject's age, date of birth, social security number and place of birth.

Present Address: The subject's present address will be verified and/or determined through a Skip Trace Search.

Prior Address: Prior addresses will be developed where neighbors could be contacted to develop prior claim and activity history.

Medical Records Search:
Area hospitals will be identified to search their data bases, to identify prior and subsequent treatment history.

Workers Compensation Search: In those states that permit, we will search Workers Compensation Records to identify any filed claims.

Property Ownership: Ownership information on the above listed properties, along with other owned property, such as rentals, where the subject might be found doing maintenance repairs will be provided.

Driving Record & Vehicle Ownership: DMV searches will be conducted to secure a Driving Record, which could reveal a prior accident or medical history. A description of the subject's vehicles will also be provided.

Bankruptcies, Judgments & Liens: An outline of all bankruptcies, judgments or liens developed under the subject's name will be provided, which could prove helpful in showing a motive for pursuing a claim.

Civil Docket Search: A search of Federal, Lower & Upper Level Civil Court records, will identify prior and/or subsequent civil actions.

Employment: We will verify employment and or provide you with additional employment and disability information developed through various trade sources, and interviews to identify potential work the subject may be involved in.

Neighborhood Canvass:
Neighbors and prior associates will be interviewed to develop a description of the subject, knowledge of any pre-existing injuries or disabilities, subsequent accidents, employment, sports, hobbies, recreation and general home maintenance activity. A description of the subject's neighborhood will also be pursued.

Overall Impressions: Based on the information developed, we will provide you as part of our Background Activity Profile, an assessment as to whether there is evidence to question the credibility of the subject's claim, and the feasibility of pursuing surveillance.

Basic Background Activity Profile :

Through a neighborhood phone canvass, we will interview neighbors to develop a description of the subject, knowledge of any pre-existing injuries or disabilities, subsequent accidents, and a profile of the subject's employment, sports and/or general home maintenance activity.
