be contacted to develop prior claim and activity history.

to identify prior and subsequent treatment history.

along with other owned property, such as rentals, where

accident or medical history. A description of the subject's
vehicles will also be provided.

judgments or liens developed under the subject's name
will be provided, which could prove helpful in showing
a motive for pursuing a claim.

records, will identify prior and/or subsequent civil
actions.

employment and disability information developed through
various trade sources, and interviews to identify potential
work the subject may be involved in.

and prior associates will be interviewed to develop
a description of the subject, knowledge of any pre-existing
injuries or disabilities, subsequent accidents, employment,
sports, hobbies, recreation and general home maintenance
activity. A description of the subject's neighborhood
will also be pursued.
Overall Impressions: Based
on the information developed, we will provide you as
part of our Background Activity Profile, an assessment
as to whether there is evidence to question the credibility
of the subject's claim, and the feasibility of pursuing
surveillance.
